Check-in
All Team Members, Coach(es) & Manager should report together at the American Legion Club in Moorhead when arriving in town. Be prepared to supply the Department Baseball Committee with your team's paperwork. You will receive tournament information and be assigned a "team host" for the weekend.

Team Photo
After checking in, your team will take its official State Tournament Photo at the American Legion Club. All players, coach(es) and manager should have their uniform with them at check-in.

After team check-in and photos, your team host will be take you to your assigned hotel for check-in.

Coaches/Manager Meeting: There will be a mandatory meeting for coaches/managers at 3:00pm at the Moorhead American Legion Club.
